The Tile Warehouse, Tingalpa

This warehouse reimagines tile retail as an architectural experience. A sculptural angled roof harvests rainwater, while a striking facade of vertical slats creates a dynamic "curtain" effect that invites exploration. The building itself demonstrates how surface, pattern, and material can transform spaces—turning a functional warehouse into a destination where building design inspires tile choices and celebrates design.

'Curves on Oxley,' speaks to our core design philosophy. Research in design psychology has shown that the human brain perceives curved, soft shapes as safer and more calming than hard, angular lines. We've built this principle into the very fabric of the building design to create a genuinely relaxing and non-institutional environment.

Built atop a water tank foundation, this beach house harnesses thermal mass to naturally regulate temperature, absorbing daytime heat and releasing it gradually at night.
